"As always, Glenn, I find it incredibly refreshing to find someone in charge of a dynamic, service oriented enterprise such as yours, in this day and age. Not only do you offer a superior product at a reasonable price, but your customer service impresses me as second to none. I’m 63 years old, and have seen and experienced examples, both horrible and exemplary, of customer service over the years, and so far, you guys win the prize for best ever. The price you quoted for repairing the result of my stupidity seems too small for what I will receive. You folks have my utmost respect and gratitude, and can only hope that you feel as much satisfaction in what you do, as what I feel as a loyal customer for life." - Jon
I saw Big Ear, Inc. at the NY International Car Show back in the early 2000’s but had no reason to purchase earplugs at the time. Throughout college I used the cheap earplugs you purchase from your local drugstore and hated them. When I began law school, I decided to finally have earplugs made for studying. It was the best decision!! I had them made on site and had a mold made to keep on file. Years later I decided I wanted a new pair (my original ones were and are still in perfect condition) to study for the Bar. I called and since I had a mold on file they were made and sent to me quickly. I have used my plugs for not only studying, but also for sleeping (anything wakes me), concerts, and anything else that is loud. I keep them with me at all times. Everyone should have a pair of these, especially if you are in school. Thank you for such a great product!
