Being in the marching band has a unique set of challenges that have to be taken into consideration. You are an artist, and as a performer placing an obstacle in your ears that muffles the sound can lead to disastrous results. We made the BE-SP Solid band earplugs for maximum hearing protection and ensure a custom, comfortable fit for all-day wear with the benefit that the fit will not change.

As a member of the band, it is up to each student to protect their hearing. It is not the responsibility of the school to protect your hearing.
With this custom marching band earplug, though it is not the best solution for a musician, it is better than trying to get a generic earplug to work and be the same every time.
If you are able to make hearing conservation a part of your everyday routine, you will reduce the risk of having to turn to hearing-aids and other hearing assistance devices.
