You too can take your own ear impressions! Aside from looking for the nearest Provider, you can opt to be more hands-on with the Big Ear Home Impression Kit. Just follow five easy steps.

Step 1. Click this link to contact us. Fill out the form on the web page and select the option “I would like a home impression kit”. Submit your message and wait for us to get back to you.

Step 2. Once we have been notified of your message, we will send you a verification email containing an instructional video on how to make ear impressions. Your kit will then be delivered to your specified mailing address.

Step 3. Watch the video or have the one who will be making your ear impressions study it carefully. You can also read the step-by-step process here.

Step 4. When you have received your kit, make sure to follow the steps specified in the video or in the document. Although taking impressions is fairly simple, it still requires accuracy. If you are having second thoughts about taking ear impressions, you can contact a Provider near you.

Step 5. Once you are happy with your ear impressions, place them along with all the equipment used back in the original box. Kindly ensure that all equipment that was delivered would be mailed back to us. When the complete package is all set, ship it as soon as possible to the return address.
