If you use a Telex receive-only headset (Telex PEM or PEV 77), or the Plantronics Starset, no BoomBar is needed; the earpiece simply snaps directly into the headset.
The custom Pilot Headset Adapter is snapped onto the BoomBar, and the headset amplifier slides over onto the BoomBar and plugs directly into the sound tube. The sound is ported directly into your ear.
No more straining to hear anything and the ability to turn down the voices in your head.
You will not need to wear the headband and have the perfect sound delivered directly into your ear.
You will have a professional look and feel that you deserve for your long days on duty.
The pilot Headset Adapter is manufactured from a soft acoustic grade material.

Once we have your ear impressions in hand, it usually takes 21 business days to craft the handmade one of a kind, the perfect fit product of your choice.
We then send a tracking number to you when they ship. There are several options available for you to get ear impressions made.
Due to the custom nature of the products, there are no refunds under any circumstances.
