Why We Publish Our Real Score, Not a Curated 5.0
A lot of companies bury a number like that, or quietly show you a curated 5.0 they picked themselves. We'd rather you hear it from us and know exactly what you're buying into.
The honest number
Our current score is published live on Trustpilot — every review, unfiltered.
Whatever it says above is what it says — we're not going to hide it, and we're not going to pretend it away. A perfect score is easy to manufacture — ask only your happiest customers, or simply don't ask at all and let the frustrated minority write the whole record. A real number, built from people who actually bought the thing, tells you more about who we are than a curated 5.0 ever could.
What the criticism is actually about
We read every word of it, so we can tell you plainly: it is almost never the earplugs. It's the wait, and it's us going quiet during it. We're a small family shop that hand-builds every single set to one person's ears — and when we've fallen behind, some people waited longer than we told them they would, and couldn't reach us to find out why. That's on us. It's the thing we're working hardest to fix.
What we won't do
We won't rush the build to protect a number. We build to an extremely strict standard, and craftsmanship takes time. 35–40 business days from the day your impressions reach the lab is not a delay; it is the standard that separates us from everyone else in this industry. If a set doesn't meet it, it doesn't leave the building.
What we are fixing
The silence. You will hear from us at every stage of your build — and if anything pushes past 40 business days, we will tell you before you have to ask. That's not a slogan; it's the specific, checkable promise we're holding ourselves to. And if your set doesn't seal the way it should once it arrives, the Perfect-Fit Promise means we remake it. No arguing about whose fault it was — we just fix it.
